Terms of Service
These terms apply when you order from toebi.org, operated by H2 Studio (trading as Toebi), Hưng Yên, Vietnam. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when payment is successful and you receive our confirmation email. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include shipping within Australia.
Your photos and text
- You confirm you own or have permission to use any photo you upload.
- We may decline or cancel (with a full refund) any order with content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes someone else’s rights.
- We check every photo and engraving and send you a preview. Please check it carefully — once approved, we make the item exactly as shown.
Personalised products
Photo-based items are hand-finished from your image, so small variations in tone, detail and colour from your original photo and our preview are normal. Low-resolution photos may look softer; we’ll tell you if we think a photo won’t work well.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Delivery page.
Remakes, refunds & cancellations
See our Returns & Remakes policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to remaking the item or refunding the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
