🎄 Christmas: order by 1 December for the best chance of delivery before Christmas within Australia.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes. New Zealand and the UK are coming soon.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

How long will it take?

Photo check & preview: within 24 hours of your order, we email you a preview.
Production: 3–5 business days after your preview is approved.
Delivery: usually 7–15 business days from dispatch. Remote areas and peak season can take longer.

Each keepsake is made to order just for you, then shipped from our production partner overseas with tracking.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email within 72 hours of dispatch. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update.

Customs & duties

For orders shipped to Australia, there are no extra import duties or fees for you to pay on delivery.

Late or missing parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, or tracking hasn’t updated for 10 days, email hello@toebi.org with your order number and we’ll investigate and make it right.

Wrong address?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address before your order goes into production.
