Send us your favourite photo and our designer traces your pet’s face into clean line art — every whisker and ear tuft drawn by hand, not a filter. It’s then laser-engraved onto the disc, so it won’t fade or rub off.
Their name goes underneath in a soft script. Before anything is made, we email you a preview of the engraving to approve.

Before you order
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face fills most of the frame. Natural daylight is perfect. Avoid heavy filters, blurry shots or photos where your pet is far away. If your photo isn’t quite right, we’ll let you know before anything is made.
Will I see a preview before you make it?
Yes. Every order is checked by a real person, and we email you a preview before production. If you’d like a change, just reply to that email.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 3–5 business days after your preview is approved, then delivery to Australia usually takes 7–15 business days. You’ll get a tracking number within 72 hours of dispatch.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If there’s a production fault or a spelling mistake on our side, we’ll remake it or refund you — no fuss. Personalised items can’t be returned for a change of mind. See our Returns & Remakes policy.
