This policy explains how H2 Studio, trading as Toebi (“we”, “us”), handles your personal information when you use toebi.org. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • Order details: name, email, phone (optional), delivery address, the items you order and your personalisation (engraving text and options).
  • Photos you upload: the pet photo used to make your keepsake.
  • Payment: payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Usage & marketing data: pages visited, how you found us (for example a link from Instagram or TikTok), device and approximate location from your IP address, and cookies or similar technologies used by our analytics and advertising tools.

How we use it

  • To make, deliver and support your order, including emailing you a preview and tracking.
  • To prevent fraud and keep our site secure.
  • To understand which content brings people to our site and improve it.
  • To send you news and offers — only if you’ve agreed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your photos

We use your photo only to make your order. We share it with our production partner for that purpose only. We delete uploaded photos 90 days after your order is delivered, cancelled or refunded, and photos that are never used in an order after 48 hours. We will never use your photo in marketing without asking you first.

Who we share it with

We share only what’s needed with service providers who help us run Toebi: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), PayPal (payments), Resend (email delivery), our production and shipping partners (to make and deliver your order), and Meta, TikTok and Google (analytics and advertising measurement). Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States, Singapore, China and the European Union.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, measure visits and understand which ads or posts bring people to us. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work for ordering.

We also keep our own simple visit statistics (pages viewed, the site or app that referred you, device type and country). These don’t use cookies and we don’t store your IP address — visits are counted with a code that changes every day and can’t identify you.

Access, correction & complaints

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@toebi.org. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
