The front of the paw has a clear window shaped like little toe beans. Pop it open at home, tuck in a small lock of your pet’s fur, and snap it shut.
We engrave their name on the back — you can add dates too, like “Bella 2012–2025”, within the character limit.

Before you order
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face fills most of the frame. Natural daylight is perfect. Avoid heavy filters, blurry shots or photos where your pet is far away. If your photo isn’t quite right, we’ll let you know before anything is made.
Will I see a preview before you make it?
Yes. Every order is checked by a real person, and we email you a preview before production. If you’d like a change, just reply to that email.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 3–5 business days after your preview is approved, then delivery to Australia usually takes 7–15 business days. You’ll get a tracking number within 72 hours of dispatch.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If there’s a production fault or a spelling mistake on our side, we’ll remake it or refund you — no fuss. Personalised items can’t be returned for a change of mind. See our Returns & Remakes policy.
